Printer Driver Installation & Software Setup
A printer driver is the software component that converts data from your computer's applications into the specific PDL (Page Description Language) that your printer understands. Corrupted, outdated, or generic drivers can lead to missing scanner functions, print job errors, and incorrect page margins.
Never download printer drivers from third-party "driver updater" or utility sites. These packages often contain adware, bundled bloatware, or outdated unsigned binaries. Always download driver installers directly from official manufacturer support portals.
