Effective Date: October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the PrinterSetup.Space website and your engagement of any technical support services provided by PrinterSetup.Space. By using our website or ordering services, you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Independent Services

PrinterSetup.Space is an independent third-party provider of printer troubleshooting, driver setup guidance, and network connectivity assistance. We are not an authorized warranty repair depot for HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, or other hardware manufacturers. We do not provide physical warranty replacements or warranty claims for OEM hardware.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • You warrant that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the computer, printer, and local network for which you request assistance.
  • You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all critical computer files and documents prior to any technical session.
  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your equipment model and symptoms.
  • You must NOT disclose personal passwords, banking logins, or 2FA security tokens to technicians.

3. Service Fees & Payment Authorization

All service rates are quoted upfront before work begins. No service is initiated without customer authorization. Payments must be remitted via our secure payment gateway. We do not maintain recurring billing memberships unless explicitly structured in a separate corporate contract.

4. Remote Assistance Terms

Remote assistance is initiated strictly upon your generation of a temporary PIN and explicit grant of permission. You may terminate the remote session at any point by closing the client interface. We do not install persistent background access software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States and Canada, PrinterSetup.Space and its technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service incident.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding individual arbitration.
